2021 Design and build of Te Rangatapu Waharoa

Lead Carver and designer for carving elements on the waharoa project for Te Rangatapu marae, Ōhawe, Hāwera. Research on hapū kōrero and local narratives enabled me to create conceptual designs for the waharoa. The creative kaupapa was part of my Master of Arts study.
